Created for the Royal College of Physicians, this lectern was designed following several discussions with the late Sir Richard Thompson.  Horizontal bands of chestnut contain the shelves and cables in the base.  A further band encloses the speaker's adjustable lectern, and spaces for a lap-top showing what is on screen, water and any other paraphernalia.
